This heavyweight boxer’s shredded Achilles tendon is a truly horrific sight

How did he keep fighting?

Warning: Graphic images

There are some injuries that truly make your stomach turn.

This is one of them.

Tony Bellew fought David Haye in a heavyweight battle in which Hayes took a beating. The fight was called in the 11th round with a battered Hayes on the mat, but it's what happened almost five rounds earlier that will leave you wondering how in the world he could stand.

Haye shredded his Achilles tendon.

And, look at this:

Haye is in good spirits.

But goodness, no one should ever question his toughness.
