Former No. 2 overall pick can't agree on extension, will become a restricted free agent

This should make things interesting.

Jabari Parker, after suffering his second ACL tear in three seasons, will hit restricted free agency next summer.

Parker was taken as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft out of Duke.

He has been seen as a critical piece for the young Milwaukee Bucks future, but his move to restricted free agency could provide some doubt on his long-term place in the organization.

Parker is expected to be back around the All-Star break this season, and he's played in just 152 games of a possible 246 contests.

For his career, Parker has averaged 49 percent from the field, 15 points per game and nearly six boards.

Parker first injured his knee in 2014 against the Phoenix Suns:

He'd injury the same knee in February of 2017 against the Miami Heat:

A versatile forward, Parker should have plenty of suitors next summer.
