Another NFL coordinator is looking for a job after getting canned Monday morning

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Baltimore Ravens are making a drastic adjustment following two consecutive losses:

With standout wideouts Steve Smith and Mike Wallace, the Ravens reportedly are frustrated with the play-calling and run-game management.

Baltimore's running offense isn't quite on par with the rest of the NFL, holding Terrence West and Kenneth Dixon as their two main backs. That's not exactly a recipe for success, but the Ravens evidently think they can do better.
