More than two years after the DeflateGate saga began, Tom Brady got the ultimate redemption on NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after a historic Super Bowl win.

Brady led the Patriots to a comeback win from a 21-0 first-half deficit, and Monday morning Goodell was forced to bite the bullet, handing over the Super Bowl 51 Most Valuable Player award to the quarterback:

He was also photographed in a supremely awkward picture with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick:
