It has not been a great couple of weeks for NFL prospects as some have been reported to fail drugs tests. First it was Alabama's Reuben Foster and it seems that Michigan's Jabrill Peppers failed the test in basically the same way.

However, Schefter has more on the diluted sample and it sounds exactly the same as Foster's situation.

Peppers' history as a "clean" player before this should help most executives and NFL personnel get over one bad test. The fact he worked out with two separate groups of players should also help his case since it shows he's willing to do whatever it takes to please his future employer. Regardless, this diluted sample will likely have Peppers moving on draft boards regardless of reason for it and it has at least one front office executive skeptical:
That certainly doesn't bode well for Peppers.
