Rodney Harrison didn’t mince words about Brock Osweiler during halftime of the Texans’ Sunday night game against the Colts.

The Texans gave Osweiler a $72 million contract before the season with $37 million guaranteed. At halftime of the game, Osweiler was 7-for-17 with 64 yards passing against the 28th ranked pass defense in the league.

Osweiler turned things around in the fourth quarter, and he finished the game 25-for-39 with 269 yards, two touchdowns and one interception as the Texans stormed from behind to knock off the Colts 26-23 in overtime.

It remains to be seen whether Osweiler can maintain those second half improvements throughout the rest of the year, but it was a promising start for both him and the Texans’ offense. Osweiler has thrown for 1,402 yards, eight touchdowns and eight interceptions so far this season.
