Former No. 3 overall selection Dion Jordan will get a second chance, this time with the Seattle Seahawks:

He was waived by the Miami Dolphins nearly two weeks ago:

Another interesting wrinkle with the Dolphins’ decision is the way they’re moving on from Jordan.

Via PFT:

“Per multiple reports, the Dolphins will waive Jordan with the failed physical designation. The defensive end has not played in a regular season game since the 2014 season due to a year-long suspension and a knee injury that kept him out after he was reinstated.”

Jordan went No. 3 overall in 2013 for a reason, so maybe a fresh start might be just what the former Duck needs to get his career back on track.

Jordan appeared in just 26 games for the Dolphins during his tenure with the team where he recorded three sacks.
