Free agent wideout reveals he's signing with Super Bowl champion Patriots

He should fit in well here.

The New England Patriots have had a a busy offseason — perhaps highlighted by their trade with the New Orleans Saints that netted them star wideout Brandin Cooks — but they're not done.

Free agent wide receiver Andrew Hawkins revealed via UNINTERRUPTED that he signed with the Patriots.

Here's the video:

ESPN's Adam Schefter followed up by revealing that Hawkins' deal with the team is a one-year deal, although monetary details weren't made public as of yet.

The former Cleveland Brown has had a busy offseason, as Schefter pointed out in another tweet that the speedster finished his MBA at Columbia University, too.

Hawkins could be a sneaky, good addition to the Patriots as an under-the-radar replacement for the departed Michael Floyd as another deep threat and red zone option.

The 31-year-old previous played for the Browns and Cincinnati Bengals.
