Packers rookie takes brutal hit, has to be stretchered off the field

Let's hope he makes a complete and full recovery.

It may just be pre-season, but it's still football. And that means, it can be brutal.

Green Bay Packers rookie Malachi Dupre took a brutal hit from Philadelphia Eagles safety Tre Sullivan in Thursday night's game, and he didn't get up right away.

NFL analyst Ross Tucker had this to say:

Players from both teams took a knee:

Dupree, a 6'3, 196 pound wide receiver, was selected in the seventh round out of LSU.

The Packers announced that he has feeling in his extremities and was taken to a hospital for further evaluation.
