After winning Super Bowl with Tom Brady, one player says he isn't best QB in the league

Patriots fans won't be happy about this.

Martellus Bennett has played for some of the most prestigious franchises in the NFL, including the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, and now the Green Bay Packers.

Bennett has also played for a few of the game's top quarterbacks along the way, specifically Tom Brady and now Aaron Rodgers.

During an appearance on NFL Network's Total Access, Bennett was asked to rank the quarterbacks he's played with, and he listed Tom Brady behind Aaron Rodgers despite winning a Super Bowl last year with the Patriots.

"Tom is arguably one of the greatest to play the game, a great teacher, great teammate, great person, really fun," Bennett said. "I learned a lot about football, just from him. He taught me so much more. I'm a way better player this year than I was last year, after leaving the Patriots. I grew as a player a lot, just learning how to play and being in a role."

Bennett praised Rodgers' intelligence when discussing why he had the Green Bay QB No. 1 on his list.

"Aaron, for me, we click on a personality standpoint, because we talk about smart stuff," said Bennett. "He's a very intelligent guy, really laid back, really cool. It's been fun working with him so far, getting on the same page. I think we can go pretty far together."

Though the list might upset some Patriots fans, it's understandable why Bennett would rank Rodgers ahead of Brady. Bennett hasn't played a snap yet for the Packers, but it wouldn't exactly help his relationship with Rodgers if he ranked another QB ahead of him.

Both Brady and Rodgers have won two regular season MVPs, but Brady has a distinct edge in Super Bowls. Brady just won his fifth—which is the most all-time—while Rodgers still only has one.

It's worth noting that Bennett did say Brady is arguably the greatest ever, but he thinks Rodgers is better right now. It's not a totally ridiculous claim, but it still won't be taken well by Patriots fans.
