Tony Romo's Dallas Cowboys return could be imminent

Things could be heating up in Dallas.

A quarterback controversy could be brewing in Dallas sooner than expected.

Dak Prescott has the Cowboys' offense rolling, but Tony Romo is expected to join the active roster in the near future according to owner Jerry Jones.

Jones told 105.3 The Fan in Dallas "I see Tony active in the future and in the near future."

Prescott will presumably remain the starter for Dallas, but Romo being on the active roster makes things interesting in Dallas to say the least.
