WWE poked fun at one of their biggest mistakes from the awful Battleground show

This is pretty funny.

WWE's Battleground show on July 23 was probably the company's worst pay-per-view in a while, but at least now it looks like the company is willing to poke some fun at itself for that.

One of the worst things about the show was the main event "Punjabi Prison" match between Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton for the WWE title, which lasted forever and was made worse by the part where no one could see what the hell was going on because of the cage.

Also, the commentary for the match wasn't exactly great, which WWE gladly pointed out on their own "Bring it to the Table" show. See below.

Well, at least the commentary was very structured throughout the main event.

In good news, it looks like WWE is trying to make up for how bad that show was. The July 25 episode of SmackDown was very good with a main event featuring A.J. Styles, Kevin Owens, and a returning Chris Jericho, and the August 1 episode looks to be just as good with John Cena vs. Shinsuke Nakamura already scheduled.
