According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Chris Bryan (a.k.a. Chandler Biggins) has passed away following a several-month long health battle with a bacterial infection.

Bryan was the promoter for Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW) out of Ohio and he was beloved by the wrestling community. After news broke of Bryan’s death, condolences rolled in on social media from former WWE champions Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins, among others.

According to PWI, Bryan had been hospitalized back in March, and his health deteriorated to the point where he had to be placed in a medically induced coma.
