WWE legend Ric Flair is finally out of the hospital following major health scare

Ric Flair is heading home after a major health scare.

WWE legend Ric Flair is going home after a spending over a month in the hospital following a health scare that started with severe stomach pains.

Flair went to the hospital on Aug. 11, and he began suffering from heart and kidney failure due to alcohol abuse. He shared details of his struggle with alcohol in an interview with People, and he was placed in a medically induced coma while part of his bowel was removed. Doctors also inserted a pacemaker.

"The Nature Boy" is finally heading home according to Pro Wrestling Sheet, and he said he plans to quit drinking.

Flair post a video of encouragement while he was in the hospital.

Flair is one of the most famous icons in pro wrestling history, and he is two-time Hall of Fame inductee. Hopefully he can recover from his procedures and his alcohol addiction and improve his health.
