Official main event decided for Brock Lesnar's WWE Universal title defense at SummerSlam

The move comes after Braun Strowman disrupted last week's main event.

After Braun Strowman disrupted last week's No. 1 contender's match for the WWE Universal title, Raw general manager Kurt Angle announced on Monday that it will be a Fatal 4-Way for Brock Lesnar's championship at SummerSlam between Strowman, Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe.

After Strowman decimated Reigns at the conclusion of last week's main event, he turned his attention to Joe, doing the same outside of the ring.

The move comes less than two weeks after an ambulance stunt shocked the Great Balls of Fire crowd:

Joe skyrocketed to the top of WWE's Monday Night Raw, beating Finn Balor, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and Seth Rollins in a Fatal 5-Way contest just months ago. He gave Brock Lesnar all he could handle at Great Balls of Fire, but couldn't get the job done. He's a former NXT champion, and has a successful track record on the indy scene.

Reigns is a former WWE champion, and may have retired the Undertaker, beating him at WrestleMania 33. Reigns hasn't held a major title since June of last year, when he lost the main belt to Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank.
