After the Bears hired Matt Rhule as their new head coach, Rhule began to assemble a recruiting class on the fly, and he was able to secure six commitments over the weekend.

Baylor now has 19 verbal commitments, and all six of the players who committed over the weekend were offered by Rhule after he was hired on Dec. 6. The players included two offensive linemen, two defensive linemen, a linebacker and three-star receiver Gavin Holmes.

Baylor's class is now ranked No. 39 on 247Sports with just over a week remaining until National Signing Day.
