After getting cut, NFL player lashes out at his former boss over national anthem protest opinion

Does he really think that's the only reason?

Antonio Cromartie was recently cut by the Indianapolis Colts, and both he and his wife believe it was because he has been kneeling for the national anthem.

Colts' owner Jim Irsay said "There are other places to express yourself" than an NFL game, and that it's the "wrong venue."

Maybe this is why Cromartie was cut, but it probably didn't help that he's a 32-year-old corner whose cover skills have diminished in recent years.
