Wide receiver Michael Floyd won't be enjoying the New England Patriots' Super Bowl victory like most of his teammates.

According to Fox10 Phoenix, Floyd will spend 24 days in jail and another 96 days on house arrest after pleading guilty to Extreme DUI.

Floyd was arrested in December on seven counts, after he was found passed out at the wheel of a car. His blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.

He was later released by the Arizona Cardinals before landing with the Patriots. He appeared in two regular-season games and one playoff contest.
