An unlikely SEC school just landed the best player from a state dominated by its rival

This is a huge commitment for this head coach.

OrTre Smith is the top player in the state of South Carolina and had Clemson, North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina on his top four list. The No. 16 receiver in the class of 2017 is a huge target as he stands 6'3", 215-pounds and would be a huge get for any of those schools. However, he's made his decision and he gave Will Muschamp his biggest commitment so far.

The four-star receiver had 20 offers from various schools and has been named to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
