Auburn fumbles on final drive as center snaps the ball into his own butt

Auburn had the ball twice in Aggie territory in the closing minutes of the game with the chance to either tie or take the lead on Texas A&M. On both instances they had unforced fumbles instead, allowing Texas A&M to hold on for a 41-38 upset win.

The first fumble was a botched handoff on a read option play on the goal line where it looked like QB Nick Marshall decided late to pull it back. The second, and the one that put the final nail in the Tigers' coffin, was just a snap by center Reese Dismukes (who is considered one of the best centers in the country) into his own butt while Marshall tried to audible.

The loss by the Tigers certainly throws a wrench in the College Football Playoff picture as the Tigers will fall out of their third ranking.
