Auburn's Peyton Barber reveals why he entered the NFL Draft

This is just awful news to hear about Barber.

When Auburn running back Peyton Barber entered the NFL Draft, many were surprised. Barber had a great season for Auburn in 2015, rushing for 1,016 yards and 13 touchdowns, eventually gaining the starting spot by the end of the year.

However, when most expected him to build on his success at Auburn in 2016, the redshirt sophomore shockingly declared for the Draft after the season and we now know why:

That is just an awful situation for Barber to be in, and one that a college player should not have to be in. However, Barber is going to try and carry a tough load in order to support his family, as it appears that they desperately need it right now.

We wish the best of luck to this strong young man.
