While many are calling the New England Patriots the NFL's best, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger just faced a team Sunday that he says is truly deserving of the honor—-the Dallas Cowboys.
Their back and forth affair should make everyone's shortlist for game of the year thus far. It was highlighted by seven lead changes and a dramatic finish that saw an apparent game-winning Roethlisberger to Antonio Brown touchdown pass with 42 seconds remaining eclipsed by a 32-yard Ezekiel Elliott touchdown run with nine ticks left on the clock.
Despite the heartbreaking 35-30 loss, Big Ben showered the Cowboys with praise.
"When you're playing the best team in the NFL, which we played last Sunday, you can't afford to miss those little details," Roethlisberger said Tuesday on 93.7 The Fan. "It definitely was a tough loss. I've never experienced an up and down that dramatic at the end of a football game."

Although Roethlisberger's numbers (37-of-46 for 408 yards and 3 touchdowns) coupled with Brown's 14 catches for 154 yards were indicative of success, the Steeler defense surrendered 422 total yards, and, more importantly, allowed Elliott to rack up 5.4 yards a carry en route to 114 yards and 2 touchdowns on 21 carries.
Pittsburgh's four failed two-point conversion attempts didn't help any either. The Steelers are now 4-5 and desperation is beginning to seep in. Next up is a division matchup with Cleveland which will be key to getting back on track.
