Gary Danielson has been pretty pro-Georgia this week as he already thinks the Dawgs have a crowd advantage in their neutral site game against the Florida Gators. He also thinks that freshman quarterback Jacob Eason is the real deal and closest thing the SEC has seen to an NFL-ready QB.
"You cannot help but to like Jacob. He is very much like (Matthew) Stafford with type personality and that arm. He is the most NFL potential quarterback that the league has seen since Stafford."

Eason has started six of the seven games he's appeared in this season and has thrown for 1,366 yards with nine touchdowns and five interceptions. Compare that to Stafford's freshman year and he is actually stacking up nicely. 2009's top pick in the NFL Draft threw for 1,749 yards, seven touchdowns and 13 interceptions as a freshman while appearing in 13 games.

Danielson might actually be on to something here. It's just too bad the Dawgs' record doesn't really show how good he is as they are 4-3 right now and have some bad losses to Vanderbilt and Tennessee as well as a close call with Nicholls State early in the season.
