Rousey turns 30 on Feb. 1, and that's more than worthy of a look back at the times during her amazing career that spans five years and includes 12 consecutive MMA victories (six in the UFC), a UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship, and a Strikeforce Women's Bantamweight Championship.

Yes, there's been some heartbreak, like her losses to Holly Holm in 2015 and Amanda Nunes last December. But remember, for someone about to turn 30, she has more highlights than most athletes amass in a lifetime.

She's a judo champion: Even before she gained famed in mixed martial arts, Rousey was a world judo champion.  She won gold in the 2007 Pan American games, and in 2008 became the first American woman to win an Olympic medal in judo (Bronz) since it became an Olympic sport in 1992.

She's a media celebrity: She's appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Ellen, and Jimmy Kimmel Live, just to name a few...

... and now she's breaking into movies.

She's a role model: Girl and young women look up to her because of she says what's on her mind, stands up for what she believes in, and shames the shamers.

When you look at everything she's accomplished, the fighting thing —- especially the losses —- seem secondary.
