Colin Cowherd was adamant over the past week that USC was the second-best team in the country despite its three losses. He’s now doubling down on that terrible college football take and clearly his West Coast bias is kicking in.
Cowherd must not have seen the first month of the season when USC got obliterated by Alabama, lost to Stanford and then got crushed by Utah. But sure, if you ignore that first month of the season then the Trojans are totally the second-best team in the country. Why bother playing the games if we’re going to discount them?
