Brenton Cox, a 4-star defensive end from Stockbridge (Ga.), has decided where he'll play his college ball.
The Buckeyes beat out powerhouses that includes Alabama, Miami, Clemson and Auburn. In the end, he decided between Georgia, in his home state, and Ohio State.
247 Sports ranks Cox as the No. 2 strong-side defensive end prospect in the country. He's the seventh-best prospect in the state of Georgia, and the No. 43 best nationwide. The 6-foot-4, 247 pounder is a class of 2018 recruit.
