Coming off their worst month ever and suffering massive losses in recent months, ESPN isn’t afraid to shovel out the cash.
Jones joined ESPN full-time in 2013 and has been a fixture on their television and radio platforms. Jones hosts The Right Time with Bomani Jones on ESPN radio and co-hosts Highly Questionable with Dan LeBatard.
According to the report, more projects will be developed for Jones.
ESPN suffered its worst month in the company’s history in October when it lost 621,000 subscribers according to Nielsen media estimates.
Things didn’t get any better for the Worldwide Leader in Sports in November as they lost another 555,000 subscribers. According to Fox Sports’ Clay Travis, The company has lost over one million subscribers in only two months, and they now have 88 million cable and satellite subscribers. A few years ago, ESPN had well over 100 million cable and satellite subscribers.
