Nation's No. 7 recruit Jeffrey Okudah spurns FSU with powerhouse commitment

Okudah is one of the top recruits of the 2017 class.

One of the top recruits in the nation has found a home.

Five-star cornerback Jeffrey Okudah (6-foot-2, 190 pounds, Grand Prarie, Tex.) spurned Florida State and Oklahoma on at Saturday's Army All-American Bowl by picking the Ohio State Buckeyes.

This is yet another five-star commit for Ohio State and Urban Meyer, as the Buckeyes now have seven five-stars, per the 247Sports Composite. Despite that talent, Okudah is now the top-ranked guy for the Buckeyes' 2017 class.

Okudah is ranked as the No. 7 overall recruit according to the 247Sports Composite. He also had offers from Alabama and Michigan, among others.
