Four-star wide receiver Justin Marshall (6-foot-2, 185 pounds, Covington, GA) apparently didn't need the the 2016 season to make the decision on his commitment. On Wednesday, Marshall announced his commitment to Louisville.
Marshall picked Lousiville over Tennessee and Maryland.

Marshall doesn't haven excessive height, but he shows good ability in going up for a jump-ball and maintaining his position in contact. He is rated a four-star by Rivals.com, but only three stars by 247Sports.
Marshall is the 20th commitment for Louisville's 2017 class, but even as a lower-trending four-star, he is the highest-rated commitment for the Cardinals. Louisville currently ranks 35th over in 247's recruiting rankings.
