One school just extended nation's longest All-American streak

This is incredibly impressive.

Lamar Jackson is this year's Heisman winner and he definitely deserved it. However, there was one player who should have at least had the privilege of making the trip to New York as a Heisman nominee. That is Florida State running back Dalvin Cook who was by far the best running back in the country this season and somehow got no Heisman love.

Well, the people who are making decisions for the All-American list at least have their wits about them as Cook was named a consensus one of those and that actually extended a pretty impressive streak.

I'm not sure even Nick Saban has had a streak like that at Alabama despite all of the unbelievable talent he brings in each and every year. That just goes to show how great a coach Fisher is and why he was such a coveted coach with all of the head coaching jobs open this year.
