Is Deshaun Watson the first player to have a "30-30" season?

You have to give him props for this.

Deshaun Watson was pretty incredible this past season and even accomplished something no Division-I quarterback ever had up to that point with his throwing and rushing yards equaling over 5,000 combined. However, it seems he did something in the classroom that certainly impressed Sports Information Director Tim Bourret at Clemson.

Usually "30-30" is a baseball term that references someone who hit 30 homeruns and stole 30 bases. In the case of Watson, this 30-30 might be even more impressive than that. This should allow Watson to leave school early after his junior season and still have a degree in his hand when his name is undoubtedly called in the 2017 NFL Draft.
