Jameis Winston admits he would have rather had gone to this school over FSU

That will anger some people.

Jameis Winston is easily one of Florida State's most famous and infamous alumni because of everything he did on the field and off it. He won a Heisman and a BCS National Championship on his way to 7,964 passing yards and 65 passing touchdowns. He also pissed off a lot of people for his actions off the field.

He had the incident with the crab legs and Publix and there was whole yelling obscenities in public scene as well. However, that might not have happened at all if Winston never attended the university. In a conference call for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers though he admitted that he didn't even want to go there.

The Alabama native would have gone all the way to the West Coast to play for the Stanford Cardinal. He had his choice of schools coming out of high school as he was the top rated QB in the class of 2012. That could have certainly changed the fortunes of Stanford and even have won them a national title. But alas, we got FSU Winston and the rest is history as they say.
