The Dallas Cowboys’ incredible season came to a quick end in the playoffs after they were defeated by the Green Bay Packers 34-31, and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said one play might’ve cost Dallas the game.

Dak Prescott’s spike on the Cowboys’ final drive gave Aaron Rodgers just enough time to lead the Packers down the field for a game-winning field goal.

Time was actually on Dallas’ side despite trailing late in the game. But the spike stopped the clock and took away a chance for the Cowboys to take more time off as they moved closer into field goal range. It’s a play that will likely haunt the Cowboys all offseason.
