Jim Harbaugh did a sit-down interview and addressed whether he was "a little bit nuts"

Is Jim Harbaugh "a little bit nuts"? He addressed that during this on-air interview.

Jim Harbaugh is a public figure in every sense of the word. The head coach of the Michigan Wolverines has dominated the headlines from the day he arrived back in Ann Arbor and, prior to that, Harbaugh did the same as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers.

However, Harbaugh's public persona is an interesting one in that he does not regularly "open up" to reporters. That made his recent visit with ESPN's Gene Wojciechowski even more interesting.

The full video can be seen below.

Some highlights of the interview include Harbaugh being described by outsiders as "a little bit nuts", and while he pushes back against that perception, the coach does little to alleviate that concern in his general disposition throughout the conversation. It should be said that he also addressed being "very serious" about his family life and position as a football coach, but later, the "nuts" factor reappears.

In terms of personal favorites here, the back and forth about Harbaugh wearing cleats and bringing his own glove to Wrigley Field is an all-timer, including the head coach espousing that "I was always trained to bring your own glove to a game. You never know when you might get a foul ball."

Jim Harbaugh may not be crazy, but he is certainly interesting and charismatic in a very unique way and that was on full display here.
