No. 8 dual-threat QB in the country passes up on hometown offer to land at top-flight program

Can't nab 'em all.

The No. 8 dual-threat quarterback in the country, four-star recruit Justin Fields is going to Penn State, turning down an in-state offer from Georgia.

Fields also had offers from West Virginia, TCU, Louisville, Georgia Tech and Tennessee.

The 6'2", 210-pound quarterback becomes the sixth commitment to the 2018 class, joining four-star tight end Zack Kuntz and four-star wideout Justin Shorter on the offensive end.
