Kirk Herbstreit disagrees with the Playoff committee's Top 4 teams

Herbstreit expressed his own opinion on Tuesday evening.

Count ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit among those who doesn't think the College Football Playoff committee got it quite right on Tuesday.

Herbstreit was on the 30-minute show on Tuesday when the rankings were unveiled, but he didn't get a ton of talking time thanks to the rankings being slightly rushed this week. Herbstreit did, however, gift us with his own Top 4 ahead of the rankings show, and his was slightly different than the committee's.

Herbstreit has Alabama and Ohio State as Nos. 1 and 2, but at Nos. 3 and 4 in the rankings? Louisville and then Clemson.

Crazy, huh?

Louisville does have a lot of support following losses in Week 11 by Michigan, Clemson, and Washington, but Herbstreit giving the Cardinals the slight edge over Clemson here is a bold move. Also, completely snubbing the Wolverines? Ouch!
