Nick Saban is used to getting his share of props given that he such a successful coach for a perennial power in the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Kirk Herbstreit is the latest to pay Saban a huge compliment. In answering a fan, Herby said this:
In essence, he's saying Saban has a unique ability to cultivate team spirit, develop his players and no one is more important than the team.
That's a tough task.
But Saban's record of success shows he's done it.
