Kirk Herbstreit releases his list of top teams each week after all the games have been played and this week's is a little puzzling. Herbstreit has four undefeated teams on his list, but one of them didn't even play this week.

Michigan was on bye this week as was Washington and Texas A&M so there weren't too many other options to put at the No. 3 spot. However, Baylor and Nebraska were solid options as both are undefeated and have looked pretty good so far this season. But these are Herbstreit's rankings and there's nothing we can do about it.
