With Kiffin's departure, Alabama reportedly already has replacement candidates

A good stable of candidates here.

Alabama will get to keep Lane Kiffin around for the College Football Playoff even though he's taken a job with FAU as their next head coach. That gives Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide to find his replacement and it looks like they already have a list of candidates.

Steve Sarkisian was brought in this year as an offensive analyst and that could have been to ultimately succeed Kiffin and give the former USC head coach a shot at getting back into the coaching game. Napier has been on staff for four years and is currently the receivers coach and has been responsible for guys like Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley and ArDarius Stewart. Locksley is currently an offensive analyst for Alabama and was the interim head coach for Maryland when Randy Edsall was fired.
