Michigan fans should prepare for the season with this inspiring video featuring an old friend

Let the tones of Bo Schembechler prepare you for the 2016 Michigan season.

"No man is more important than the team."

Those are the words of former Michigan Wolverines head coach Bo Schembechler as the video above begins. The sound of Schembechler's voice is familiar to any long-time fan of the Maize and Blue, even with full knowledge that Bo has not graced the sidelines in Ann Arbor since the 1990 Rose Bowl.

The video isn't a traditional "hype video" in that it does not feature brash music, big hits or touchdown celebrations, but it follows the typical tenor of "Michigan Men". There are various shots of the city of Ann Arbor, from the freeway to the campus to inside Michigan Stadium, and the images are perfectly narrated by Schembechler's voice in a soothing, inspiring tone.

Still, the finale builds to a crescendo and, as you may expect, the legendary head coach leaves the Maize and Blue faithful with a final message to remind everyone of Michigan's culture. Schembechler is perhaps best known for the famous moniker of "Those Who Stay Will Be Champions", but in this case, he ends with the following statement.

"When we play as a team. When the old season is over. You and I know. It's going to be Michigan again."

"Michigan."
