NFL, NFLPA reportedly stuck on this one point in settlement of DeflateGate

Tom Brady isn't backing down.

Tom Brady and the NFL Players Association will enter the courtroom Wednesday in the DeflateGate appeal against the NFL and Roger Goodell.

While the judge in the case made it clear he wanted the two sides to come to a settlement, it appears any chance of that has gone out the window:

Accepting any role in DeflateGate tarnishes Brady's legacy and makes the last few months of fighting through an appeal useless.

Now we wait to find out what happens in court.
