NFL team could be getting its best player back just in time to make a run at the playoffs

This has been much needed news.

The Minnesota Vikings have a 7-6 record so far this season despite missing franchise quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and star running back Adrian Peterson. However, it looks like one of those important pieces of the offense could be back this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

Peterson had the most rushing yards in the league last season at 1,485 and had the most touchdowns in the league with 11. He went down this year with a torn meniscus and had been out since late September after undergoing surgery to fix the problem. He had only appeared in two games so far this season.
