Penn State and Kent State was certainly not one of the premier matchups of the weekend in college football, but it might have featured one of the nastiest hits of the weekend. Penn State punter Joey Julius was giving the ball back to Kent State and normally he wouldn't have to worry about coming up to make a tackle, but in this case he did and laid some serious wood on this returner.
