Report: Denver could possibly be without its best offensive weapon for the rest of the year

This could change the season for this team.

The Denver Broncos are 5-2 and just beat the Houston Texans this past week. They've been doing it with a solid run game behind C.J. Anderson who is the No. 16 running back in the league by rush yards. Quarterback Trevor Siemian is second-to-last in the league in pass yards so Anderson has been key to this great start.

It seems that Anderson won't be available in the weeks going forward though as he suffered a knee injury.

This means Devontae Booker will become the starter and Kapri Bibbs will be the backup according to the Broncos' depth chart. They could very well end up picking up someone else to  take over the backup spot as well. One choice might be C.J. Spiller who was just released by the Seahawks.
