Report: League execs call Johnny Manziel "second-worst" draft pick ever

One of the worst ever?!

The Cleveland Browns ended two years of a tumultuous relationship with Johnny Manziel by waiving the oft-troubled quarterback Friday afternoon.

Following Cleveland's not-so-surprising decision, Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman discussed Manziel's departure and received some absolutely brutal remarks.

Among the comments were four scouts reportedly calling Manziel the second-worst draft pick of all-time (behind Ryan Leaf), along with Freeman noting the quarterback showed "no propensity for leadership or learning from mistakes" in college.

If Manziel lands anywhere this year, it would be shocking. The best bet remains the former Texas A&M quarterback taking a year off, getting his life back on track and getting things figured out before making a second run at his NFL career.
