Report: Peyton Manning has had discussion about NFL return, "ball is all in (his) court"

Adam Schefter has noted coaches fear "change coming."

Before the regular season could even end for the Indianapolis Colts, conversations on a Peyton Manning return to the NFL started to heat up.

Two well-informed media personalities (John Michael Vincent and Bob Kravitz) discussed the possibility of Jim Irsay bringing in Manning to replace general manager Ryan Grigson.

Former NFL coach Jon Gruden has been linked to every major opening, and was included as a possible Colts option should they go in a different direction. Reports out of Bristol detail Gruden isn't going anywhere (right now).
