Report: "Powerhouse" Clemson transfer has already been contacted by a number of contenders

Where will he go? He has tons of options.

Clemson recently lost defensive tackle Scott Pagano to transfer as he's already graduated and will be looking for his next school before the fall semester starts. 247Sports' Ryan Bartow is reporting that Pagano already has over 30 offers from schools to play this fall.

Bartow was one of the first people to report the transfer and Bruce Feldman followed it up with this tweet:

Bartow says 32 schools have contacted him since he announced his transfer and there are some heavy hitters like Oklahoma, LSU, Georgia, Oklahoma State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas A&M and Maryland among many others. The 6'4", 295-pound tackle graduated in December and will be eligible immediately since he is a graduate transfer.

Pagano recorded two sacks, 4.5 tackles for loss and 20 total tackles this past season in four starts and 12 total games. Pagano is listed as the 2018 NFL Draft's No. 7 defensive tackle prospect, according to CBS Sports.
