Takedown of this first-round pick continues, as Laremy Tunsil prepares for lawsuit

It only gets worse for Tunsil.

While Ole Miss and Miami Dolphins first-round pick Laremy Tunsil continues to face off against the NCAA's serious allegations, the offensive tackle is facing a lawsuit of his own.

Tunsil's stepfather, Lindsey Miller, is alleging assault and battery, defamation of character and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Wilson has until August 24 to legally serve Tunsil, or the judge can grant an extension, per the Clarion-Ledger.

Head coach Hugh Freeze, assistant coach Matt Luke and assistant director of football operations John Miller have filed motions for protective order, which would place restrictions upon possible depositions for the three staff members. If that is denied, and they face deposition, it could open a can of worms when it comes to the NCAA's dealings with Ole Miss.
