The Browns are taking RG III to school and that bodes very poorly for their prized pick-up

Can he correct his mistakes before the Browns realize they made one?

The RGIII experiment in Cleveland is off to a very rocky start and it appears those reports from Washington were very much true.

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns brass has been teaching Griffin some of the very basic fundamentals you'd expect a player entering his fifth year would already know.

They're focusing on three things in particular with Griffin in their first few months together, including the ever-important sliding technique.

1. Plant your back foot, then throw.
2. Get down, then slide.
3. Throw the ball away, don't take needless hits from the defense.

In his electrifying rookie season, Griffin relied mostly on his athleticism to foil defenses. Now, coach Hue Jackson and Co. are looking to mold Griffin into a threat from the pocket. The problem is teaching a 25-year-old quarterback to do things he'd normally learn early in his career—like college.
