NCAA hockey is an underrated source of nasty hits and fun for all. In a game between Minnesota and Wisconsin there was a sick hit in the open ice. Badger Eddie Wittchow absolutely destroyed Gopher Tommy Novak on this check and Novak didn't even know where he ended up post-impact.
That folks, is why you don't skate with your head down.
